Durham Headboard

The Durham headboard. Same tall wraparound-winged silhouette as the Durham bed, made to fit a divan you already own.

A tall, full-width headboard with a softly arched top and deep wings on either side that curl forward to enclose the head of the bed. The wings are deep enough to sit alongside the pillows rather than just frame them, almost forming a private alcove. The face is completely plain, no buttoning, no channelling, no piping, so the depth of the upholstery does the work.

If you are comparing the Durham with the Ashbourne, the wings are the difference. Ashbourne frames the pillows, Durham wraps around them, so it reads taller and more enclosed.

Hand-upholstered to order in our British workshop. Solid timber frame, deep foam padding, finished by the same upholsterers who build our beds. Available in every size from Single to Emperor to fit any standard divan.
