What is the '100-Night Sleep Trial'?
We want you to love your rest. You can test our mattresses and bedding in your own home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange a free return and a full refund.
How long does shipping take for furniture and mattresses?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like bed frames and mattresses, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window within 10-14 days.
Are your bedding materials organic and sustainable?
Yes, The Sleep Co® is committed to sustainability. Our sheets and duvet covers are crafted from GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified bamboo to ensure no harmful chemicals are used.
Do you offer financing options?

How do I care for my The Sleep Co® pillows?
Most of our pillows feature a removable, machine-washable cover. We recommend washing the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the cooling fibers.
What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Our limited warranty covers all manufacturing defects, including sagging greater than 1 inch, foam cracking, or stitching failures under normal household use.
