The most ambitious mattress we make. 13,450 individually pocketed springs in a multi layer construction, hand-layered with silk, cashgora and British wool over 50mm of natural latex. Built on the firmest pocket spring foundation in the Knightsbridge family, topped with something we've never offered before: a fully removable pillow top.

Strap it on and you have a deeply cushioned surface with firm support beneath it. Take it off and you have the firmest, most structured feel we make. Rotate it, send it for cleaning, replace it independently when the time comes. The surface and the support are two separate things, which is how the longest lasting beds have always been built.

Why it matters

• 13,450 individually pocketed springs. The highest count in our entire range, in a true multi layer build. Each spring responds only to the part of you sitting above it.
• Silk, cashgora and British wool over 50mm of natural latex. The same natural fibres used in mattresses sold for four to eight thousand pounds at the heritage retailers. Hand-teased and laid in layer by layer. No polyester wadding, no synthetic foam in the upholstery, no recycled filler.
• A fully removable pillow top, included. Adjust the feel of the bed without replacing the mattress. Protect the springs beneath. Replace the topper alone when it's time, not the whole bed.
• Three day build, one craftsperson. No production line, no batching. The same person starts and finishes each Knightsbridge, the way the original British bed-making tradition has always done it.
• Handcrafted in Britain. Made by a founder-led brand with over 50 years of furniture manufacturing experience, drawing on a family bed-making heritage going back to 1968. Supplying retailers including Harrods, Vispring and Furniture Village over those years.
• 15 year guarantee. Three rows of hand side stitching, reinforced edges, made to last a generation.
