The Bardot is the shape every drawing room used to have and most have lost. A single scrolled arm at one end, a long upholstered seat, a low back that rises gently and trails away. Built for reading, sitting sideways with your legs up, or just for the way it changes the geometry of a room.
It works at the foot of the bed. It works angled in a bay window. It works in a hallway wide enough to take it. The proportions are right because we drew them from chaises that have already lasted a hundred years, not from a trend.
Hand-upholstered in Britain by the same makers who build our beds. Solid timber frame inside, hand-finished outside. Available in Dark or Light fabric tones.
